The Outer Wombat & introduction

A year ago, we embarked on an exciting journey and launched RollCall Racing, a project born from our love for cycling, education, and empowering young people to realise their full potential.

At its core, RollCall Racing operates on a straightforward principle: we offer scholarships to young, enthusiastic, and skilled cyclists who are equally committed to their education. The goal is that they excel both on the track and in the classroom.

Our support encompasses financial support, apparel, and mentorship, with seasoned cyclists guiding our young talents in their journey. In collaboration with our sister company, FreightTracker, we aim to foster excellence in our athletes’ sporting and academic achievements, preparing them for a future filled with choices alongside their cycling careers. Our initiative is profoundly youth-driven, with young people also managing our team website and socials.

Starting with Tas Blizzard six months ago, we've been actively supporting our debut rider in competitions across Europe and Australia, and we’re excited to announce a new scholarship recipient soon, with the aim to grant three more in the upcoming year. We will give a detailed introduction to Tas in the coming weeks.

Recently, at our local gravel race - The Outer Wombat - was the first occasion where our mentors and scholarship athlete competed together in the same event— despite it being only a small event it did give us the opportunity to bring everyone together and saw great efforts from the whole team. The event saw Tas score 2nd in the open men class. A promising start to RollCall Racing for everyone.
